Allround Fitness Program
In addition to the specific sports focusing on competition, HIF sports academy also offers an option for less ambitious students who take joy in exercise, fitness and a healthy balance between school and sports. This program features several training units of fitness, coordination and strength each school week.
Whenever reasonable, our training groups are mixed with competitive athletes from different sports and students attending the leisure fitness program.
The training schedule is prepared individually and developed according to the needs of each student. On school days, training units take place on a daily basis and are adjusted to the classroom schedule.
